Elton John's former security guard is suing the singer for allegedly grabbing his genitals on more than one occasion.
Jeffrey Wenninger, who stopped working for the 69-year-old in 2014, has claimed John tried to force himself on him three times in 2014.

He is suing the British singer for sexual harassment and battery.

Entertainment website TMZ reported that in the suit, Wenninger claims the Tiny Dancer singer tried to put his hands down his pants while in a car together.

John then told him to "get your todger out" and "say hello to Uncle Elton."

In another alleged incident, Wenninger said John twisted his nipples and said: "You gorgeous thing, you."

John, a father of two children with husband David Furnish, has not commented on the suit.

Elton John is being sued for sexual harassment by a former bodyguard who claims the singer subjected him to a barrage of ”unwelcome” intimate touching and lurid suggestions over several years.
Jeffrey Wenninger alleges that John tried to grab his genitals, pulled his nipples and told him that he had “so many gay genes”, in court documents lodged by lawyer. The documents claim he was a victim of sexual harassment and battery.
The alleged incidents - which are said to have occurred multiple times - have been dismissed by the entertainer’s lawyers as a “baseless lawsuit brought by a disgruntled former security officer seeking to extract an undeserved payment”.

In one instance, on March 27, 2014, as they were travelling in a car from the singer’s Los Angeles house to Van Nuys airport. John is said to have put his hand down his trousers “while trying to force his fingers between [the] plaintiff's buttock cheeks and attempting to grab [his] genitals”, according to the court documents.
John, 69, whose hits include Candle In The Wind and I’m Still Standing, then told him to “get your todger out” and “say hello to Uncle Elton”, the documents add.
Just over two weeks later, on April 12 en route from the airport to John’s house, the singer allegedly engaged in more “unwelcome and offensive” touching by putting his hands down Menninger’s shirt and twisting his nipples.
He reportedly told the guard “you gorgeous thing, you” and tried to stick his fingers in his ear. He is also alleged to have told him: “You have so many gay genes in you. They just haven’t met up yet.”
A similar incident is reported to have happened on another trip to the airport on April 16. “This unwelcome touching….occurred on many other occasions over the course of several years,” the court documents say.
Orin Snyder, a lawyer for Rocket Entertainment Group, John’s record company, strenuously denied the allegations and said they would be contested.
“These claims are patently untrue and contradicted by numerous previous statements made by this plaintiff. We will not give into his latest abuse of the legal system,” he said
